Simplex Business Support is an accounting, HR and property administration practice based in South East London, serving clients across the UK. 2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us — primarily through our contact form. This includes:

• Your email address
• Your phone number (if you provide it)
• The service you're interested in
• Any details you include in your message

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not buy or collect data about you from third parties. You can decline analytics via our cookie banner at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business:

• Google (Google Workspace / Apps Script / Sheets) — our contact form submissions are delivered to, and stored in, Google services so we can read and respond to them. Google acts as our data processor.
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — if you consent, we use GA4 to collect anonymised usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) so we can improve the site. Google acts as our data processor. No analytics data is collected unless you accept analytics cookies.
• Cal.com — our online booking tool. If you book a call through the scheduler on our Contact page, the name, email and meeting details you enter are processed by Cal.com to manage your appointment. Cal.com acts as our data processor.

We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation or a valid request from a public authority (for example HMRC).

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records. If you become a client, your data is retained in line with our client engagement terms and statutory accounting record-keeping requirements (typically six years). If you do not become a client, we delete enquiry data when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data ("right to erasure")
• Object to or restrict how we use your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
